Quieting The Spirit

Fermented Cordyceps Cs-4 Soup with Dried Longan and Wolfberry Seed

  • 1 tael of Rhizoma Dioscoreae
  • 4 maces of Bulbus Lilii
  • 3 maces of Fructus Lycii
  • 3 maces of Arillus Longan
  • 2 maces of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii
  • 5 maces of Radix Astragali
  • 5 maces of Radix Codonopsis
  • 6 taels of lean meat
  • Appropriate amount of fermented Cordyceps Cs-4 powder
  • 10 slices of ginger
  • Trace of salt
  1. Rinse the lean meat and blanch in boiling water, dry and reserve
  2. Add all ingredients to 2 liters of water, use strong heat until boiling, then keep cooking with gentle heat for 2.5 hours
  3. Add salt for seasoning. Serve with fermented Cordyceps Cs-4 powder added into the bowl

Modern people have stressful lives, poor sleeping quality is common among them. Cordyceps can nourish the lung, kidney and quiets the spirit.   • 5 maces of Rhizoma Dioscoreae
  • 3 maces of Semen Armeniacae Amarum
  • 5 pieces of Fructus Jujubae
  • 2 maces of Fructus Lycii
  • 2 maces of Arillus Longan
  • 8 maces of dried fish maw
  • 3 maces of Radix Codonopsis
  • 6 taels of lean meat
  • Appropriate amount of fermented Cordyceps Cs-4 powder
  • 10 slices of ginger
  • Trace of salt
  1. Soak the fish maw, add ginger slices and blanch in boiling water, chop into pieces, dry and reserve

  • 6 maces of Puerariae Lobatae Radix
  • 5 pieces of Fructus Jujubae
  • 6 maces of Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati
  • 4 maces of Radix Codonopsis
  • 2 maces of Tremella Fuciformis
  • 2 maces of Radix Panacis Quinquefolii
  • 6 taels of lean meat
  • Appropriate amount of fermented Cordyceps Cs-4 powder
  • 10 slices of ginger
  • Trace of salt
